Re: New Cut-off Period for Orders – Effective Monday, 2nd September

Dear Valued Customer,

We are writing to inform you of an important update to our ordering process, aimed at enhancing our service to you. To improve delivery times and ensure efficient dispatch of orders, we are introducing a cut-off period for certain made-to-order products (please refer to the attached sheet).

Starting from Monday, 2nd September, orders for these items must be placed no later than 3pm the day before delivery. Orders placed after this time will unfortunately not be added to the invoice for the next delivery cycle.

This adjustment will help us increase both the accuracy and speed of our deliveries, ensuring that your orders are dispatched promptly and delivered as expected. We believe this change will have a positive impact on your overall experience with us.

Although this list will be reviewed regularly, to ensure you receive your complete order, we strongly recommend placing your full order by 3pm the day before delivery.
